Corrtech International Limited , a provider of pipeline laying solutions, has gained approval from capital markets regulator Sebi to raise funds through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). According to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus, the public offering includes a

Corrtech International, which filed preliminary IPO papers with Sebi in March, received a “observation” letter from the on July 1, according to a Monday update with the markets watchdog.

Sebi’s observation means that it has given its authority to launch an IPO.

According to the draught papers, the proceeds of the new issue will be used to cover debenture redemption, debt service, and capital expenditure for the purchase of property.
